In reading this week the students have been learning about what to do to make an inference. We’ve talked about looking at the text evidence and then taking their personal experiences to make their inferences. In writing students have formed an opinion on whether or not Pluto should be considered  a planet,  or be considered a dwarf planet. In math, they are learning to add fractions using the face of a clock. In social studies, the students have been researching their Native  American tribe and region.  They will be making posters for a group presentation on their tribe, and we look forward to getting started creating native American homes next week. If possible, please encourage your student to work in MobyMax daily. 

At the end of the school year,  students are expected to show a year’s worth of growth. Thank you for everything you do for your child at home! This definitely is a team effort 😊
